Settings is where all Scripto users manage the information associated with their account, such as email address, user avatar, and password. Settings is also where show Admins can manage show settings, members, and permissions.

To get to Settings, click on the user menu in the upper right corner and select Settings from the dropdown menu.

The navigation on the left lets you move between the different sections of the Settings page.


Managing Your Account

The Personal Information section is where you update your user name, profile picture, or the email address associated with your account.

The Privacy and Security section is where you can update your password.


Managing Show Settings

Settings for a show's workspace also live on the Settings page. You'll see sections for Show Settings and Members. If you're a show Owner or Admin, you'll also see a section called Permissions.

  • Show Settings is where the owner can change the show name or transfer ownership of the show to another show member.

  • Members is where Admins can invite people to join the show and remove existing show members. Learn more

  • Permissions is where Admins of shows on our paid plans can manage which show member permissions. Learn more

Note: If you are a member of more than one show, you need to be actively in the show whose show permissions you want to modify.
