Intercom and Ad Blockers

Accessing Live Support

  • To open live support, navigate to the ? above your avatar in the lower left corner.

  • Click Live Support.

    • This will open a pop up window to the left side of your screen.

📌 If you have an ad-blocker on (such as the native Firefox adblocker or Ghostery), the live support window will not appear, or appear without the ability to chat.

📋 You will need to whitelist us to access live help.


To Turn Off the Native Adblocker in Firefox

  • In the URL bar, click on the shield icon.

  • Slide the slider to the left to turn off Enhanced Tracking protection for scripto.live.

  • Refresh the page and you should have access to Intercom and to our live support.


To Turn Off Ghostery

  • While looking at scripto.live, navigate to Ghostery in your browser bar. Click on the Ghostery icon.

  • Click Trust SiteThis will make the bar appear green and a pop-up message will inform you that scripto.live has been whitelisted.

  • Refresh the page and you should have access to Intercom and to our live support.
