If you’re using CueScript’s Cue iT software, you’ll need to configure it to access the prompter files generated by Scripto. Follow the steps below to set things up.

📌 Note: Your version of Cue iT must include the Newsroom license.

Create a Newsroom in Cue iT

  1. Open Cue iT.

  2. Select the Newsroom tab and click the green plus button to add a new Newsroom.

Newsroom Profile Configuration

  1. In the Newsroom Profile Configuration modal you start on the Profile tab.

    1. Profile Name: Enter a name that’s easy to recognize, such as:

[Workspace Name] – Scripto Prompter Files

  2. In the Select a Newsroom field dropdown, choose FTP/File Based > AP ENPS Shared Directory.

Connection Settings

  1. In the Connection tab > Directory Configuration field - enter the directory path. This is the folder location that ENPS saves the files to.

📌 For the Directory, you must choose the exact same folder location that the Scripto Prompter Helper App is using as the Prompter Directory.

You’re Ready to Prompt

Once all your settings are confirmed:

  • You can push scripts to the prompter directly from Scripto

  • In Cue iT, click Enable, select your file from the Newsroom list on the right , select Prompt now on lower tool bar and… Bob’s your uncle 🎬
